Closing Your Account

Any member may voluntarily close their account by submitting a request through the self-exclusion option in Settings or via live support. It is advisable to withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account.

Bijli application is not liable for the following:

• When gameplay is disrupted due to internet disconnection or a technical error.
• The member's own device, password, or account was left unsecured.
• When third-party services (such as mobile banking) are temporarily unavailable.
• For financial losses incurred through betting. All bets are placed voluntarily and at the member's own risk.
